Terms of Use

  1. Payment Schedule:
    • Deposit – A minimum deposit of 50% is required before the commencement of the design/production process. If the deposit has not been received by a minimum of 6 weeks before the agreed delivery date an Express Production Fee (EPF) of 25% will be applied to the total balance of the invoice.
    • Remaining Balance – The remaining balance will be payable within 7 days of the expected delivery date unless otherwise stated. If the remaining balance remains due, PCS reserves the right to withhold goods until the remaining balance has been paid in full.
  2. Penalty for Late Payment – A 15% late payment penalty will apply for balances that are 14 calendar days past the invoice due date.
  3. Recovery Action – If recovery action is required additional charges will be applied to reimburse for the associated costs of such action.
  4. Cancellation of Services – The client is liable for the following payments in the event they choose to cancel the initiated services:
    • If the project is within 6 weeks or less of the deadline, 100% of the invoice amount is payable.
    • For all other timeframes, the deposit amount is forfeited.
  1. Delivery Timeframes:
    • Sublimation – Goods will be delivered within 4-6 weeks from the approved artwork (Conditions apply for deliveries to remote areas).
    • Cut & Sew – Goods will be delivered within 6-8 weeks from the approved artwork (Conditions apply for deliveries to remote areas).
  1. Express Delivery – Express deliveries of 4 weeks or less will be subjected to production approval and will incur an Express Production Fee (EPF) of 25% which will be applied against the balance of the invoice.
  1. Liability
    • Petero Civoniceva Sports Pty Ltd T/A Pacific Custom Sportswear (PCS) accepts no liability for any:
      • Loss or damage that occurs which is not reasonably foreseeable.
      • The Agreement does not include, by representation, implication, any other term, condition, or warranty in respect of the quality, acceptability, condition, description, or performance of the services or any remedy for their failure.
